SUCCESS STORIES

Expanding to Meet our Audience’s Needs

The American College of Cardiology (ACC) and the Heart Rhythm Society (HRS) include live case sessions in their educational forums. Both clients seek conference designs that allow physicians to network and interact with their colleagues in a substantive educational setting, offering a true integration of speakers and audience.

With experience in more than 21 hospitals in 7 countries, Moceri Management and Blueyed Productions utilize bi-directional simulcasting to make audience members active participants in each live case session. Audience members text message or email questions and suggestions to a moderator who then directs these questions in real-time to the operating physician.

Productions are designed with a central high-end studio production capability at the host site, ensuring the highest quality and consistency of programming. All incoming and outgoing signals are controlled, recorded and distributed by a professional-grade video production truck and seasoned crew.

During live case transmissions, the principle screens are primarily Fluoroscope or IVUS images with picture-in-picture (PIP) utilized for extreme close-ups during the case.

Moceri Management is unique in its ability to handle the production of live case procedures, as well as the logistics and administrative and legal paperwork associated with each project. This includes day-to-day project management, sourcing and onsite management of all technical and production personnel, quality control, co-development and production of show scripts, client conference calls, and budget tracking.

Moceri Management also has the ability to down-link symposiums or live cases to national or international hospitals. Down-linking of limited portions of a symposium to a national or international hospital can stimulate interest and drive future program attendance. Down-linking symposium content also provides the opportunity to take critical education to physicians, nurses and other health care professionals in the cardiology arena who are unable to attend national events.
