Table purchases include 10 tickets and company logo displayed on table signage and in the 2008 LACE Awards Luncheon Presentation.

The GWBC accepts American Express, Mastercard, or Visa. The deadline for registration and payment is October 15, 2008. All purchases are non-refundable for this fundraising event.
