Files should be sent in one of the following formats:

• Macintosh format
• High Resolution (300 DPI)
• PDF – high resolution
• EPS- all type converted to paths
• Quark documents with supporting art files and fonts, along with a proof
• If a PC file, send all supporting art files and fonts, along with a proof

All advertisement materials are due by October 15, 2008 and should be e-mailed or uploaded to the FTP site based on size. Please include your company logo (vector art preferred).

Files less than 10MB:
Email to Cynthia Jones at cjones@ok2print.com.  Please reference in subject heading: "2008 LACE Awards Ads: Your Company Name".

Files that are larger than 10MB:
Upload to http://www.mmpofdecatur.com/servicecenter/send_file.html.  Complete the file registration and upload your files.  In the comments section, please indicate “Lace Award Sponsor”.

Payments for all sponsorships and advertisments in the Program Book, must be made by major credit card or check; individual ticket and table purchases must be made by major credit card. The GWBC accepts American Express, Mastercard, or Visa. Please make checks payable to Georgia Women's Business Council.
